Do cleaners bring supplies?
Yes — add company supplies for ฿150 per visit and your cleaner arrives with everything needed. Prefer your own products? Just leave them out and skip the option.
Can I request the same cleaner?
Yes. After your first booking you can request the same cleaner for future visits, and subscription customers get priority on preferred-cleaner assignment.
How does recurring cleaning work?
Choose a plan and a preferred day and time. Visits are scheduled automatically, billed monthly, and you can pause, reschedule, upgrade or cancel from your account.
Can I reschedule a booking?
Yes — free of charge up to 24 hours before your visit, from your confirmation email or your account.
What happens if I'm not home?
Most customers aren't! Save access instructions (key card at reception, door code, juristic office) when booking. Cleaners follow your instructions exactly and confirm arrival and completion in the app.
How do payments work?
Pay securely online by credit or debit card, or with PromptPay QR. Payment is processed by a licensed Thai payment provider — we never see or store your card details.
Is there a cancellation fee?
Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before your visit. Inside 24 hours a fee applies — the exact policy is shown before you confirm. [PLACEHOLDER policy: 50% inside 24 h, 100% inside 4 h — to be confirmed.]
Can you clean Airbnb properties?
Yes — turnover cleaning with linen change, restocking and photo confirmation is one of our core services. Hosts with multiple listings get consolidated monthly invoicing.
Can I book same-day service?
Often, yes. Same-day slots appear in the calendar when our schedule allows, up to 4 hours before the start time.
How long does a cleaning take?
A studio standard clean takes about 2.5 hours; the calculator shows a live estimate for your exact home, and larger jobs are automatically assigned two cleaners.
What if I'm not happy with the service?
