How recurring plans work

A recurring plan books a repeating visit — weekly, fortnightly or monthly — at a discounted per-visit price. Discounts are applied automatically to every visit on the schedule.

There is no minimum term and no lock-in. You can change frequency, pause, or cancel at any time.

Payment

Each visit is charged individually before it takes place, not as a lump sum in advance. If a payment fails we will notify you and retry; if it cannot be collected, that visit is not scheduled.

Changing your plan

Changing frequency adjusts the discount from the next visit onwards. Pausing suspends future visits without cancelling the schedule. Cancelling stops all future visits; any visit already paid for will still be delivered unless you cancel it separately under the cancellation policy.

Your cleaner

We aim to send the same cleaner to every visit on a recurring schedule. When that person is unavailable we will offer a briefed substitute or a free reschedule — your choice. We will not send a substitute without telling you.
