Do you clean both my flat and my office in Silom?
Yes, and several Silom customers do exactly that. They're booked as separate services with their own scopes and prices, but we can align the schedule and, for business clients, invoice monthly.
My condo is older with tired bathrooms. What do you recommend?
Start with a deep clean to reset limescale, grout and fittings, then maintain with standard visits. Trying to fix years of scale inside a 2.5-hour standard clean isn't realistic and we'd rather say so upfront.
