My kitchen gets heavy use. Is that a standard clean?
Surface degreasing is included in a standard visit. If there's built-up grease on the hob, extractor or splashback — common in Ekkamai where people cook properly — that's better handled by a deep clean, or add oven cleaning to a standard visit.
Do you cover the older apartment blocks on the sois?
